Requirements

Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
Strong inter-personal skills with customers, co-workers and vendors
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
High School graduate or GED

Responsibilities

Greet Clients and coordinate appointments with advisors, ensuring a smooth process and a feel of confidence on the service drive.
Maintain cleanliness of client vehicles. Does not allow a dirty vehicle to leave in a client’s possession.
Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Supports the Alternate Transportation department with any duties including having vehicles staged and ready.
