Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Service Drive Assistant to support our service department. This role is essential to keeping our service drive running smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience to every customer who visits our dealership.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive in the service drive
  • Assist with checking vehicles in and directing customers to the appropriate service advisor
  • Help manage vehicle flow in the service lane and parking areas
  • Perform light vehicle tasks such as moving vehicles, basic inspections, or preparation as needed
  • Keep the service drive clean, organized, and safe
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers
  • Provide a welcoming, helpful experience that reflects Lou Fusz Mazda’s high standards
