Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Computer proficiency
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

Responsibilities

Talk with customers who are already visiting our service department about vehicle upgrade options.
Reach out to customers by phone or email to see if they'd like to explore newer models.
Help customers understand their trade-in value and what makes upgrading a great option.
Work with our sales and service teams to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
