Service Dispatcher – Internal Role (No Customer Interaction) Join Our Team at Tulley Automotive Group! Are you an experienced Service Advisor who enjoys the operational side of the business—but is ready to step away from constant customer interaction? Tulley Automotive Group is looking for a Service Dispatcher to support our growing Service Department. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on keeping the shop running efficiently and supporting technicians and advisors from behind the scenes. Requirements

  • Experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in automotive service
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and think on your feet
  • Understanding of repair order flow and shop operations
  • Team-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch work to technicians based on skill level and availability
  • Monitor shop productivity and workflow
  • Coordinate with advisors, parts, and technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
  • Help prioritize repairs and manage shop capacity
  • Support overall service department operations
