Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably as a Service Director or Service Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize service revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
