About The Position

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner and Western Star heavy truck dealerships in the Southeast. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Service Director with strong customer communication skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and quick learner who can lead our service team in Biloxi, MS.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in both management and automotive and/or heavy truck service experience
• Retail experience is essential
• Highly Energetic, Motivated, Organized hard worker
• Excellent communication and presentation Skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong Ability to Motivate and Influence others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other web-based programs
• Professionalism and follow-through are a must

Nice To Haves

• College graduate preferred; work experience will be considered in lieu of education
