The Service Desk Technician is responsible for all types of computer hardware including but not limited to workstations, terminals, printers, modems, phones, and the replacement and repair of same.# This position is also responsible for a variety of applications that reside on desktop IT devices.# This position will be manning the service desk phones in IT and will be the 1st level of support for all IT related questions, request, and issues.
