About The Position

An on‑site Service Desk Technician is needed to provide customer‑focused technical support in a fast‑paced environment. This role involves assisting end users with computer, hardware, and account‑related issues while delivering a positive support experience. You will handle incoming calls and emails, troubleshoot common problems, document all work, and escalate issues when necessary. This position offers meaningful work and opportunities for long‑term growth within an enterprise environment.

Requirements

  • At least two years of help desk or phone‑based customer support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and familiarity with common computer functions.
  • Experience supporting end users in a structured environment.
  • Ability to perform password resets and basic account administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting remote users and resolving connectivity issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot printers and general hardware.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with remote access support.
  • Familiarity with enterprise‑level support processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑level support for end users by phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and account‑related issues.
  • Assist users with general office applications and common workstation functions.
  • Perform password resets and handle access‑related requests.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions clearly in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate issues appropriately when additional support is required.
  • Support remote users and assist with connectivity or access issues.
  • Troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and general device problems.
  • Work efficiently in a high‑volume environment while maintaining strong customer service standards.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
