This contract involves a three-phase office move and ongoing IT support. Phase 1: Workstation Decommissioning & Setup Decommissioning and setting up 1,000+ workstations Standard cable management Testing and validating devices after setup Phase 2: Transition & Growth Support (End of Q1– Q2) Supporting end‑of‑life device replacements and new builds Environment growth from 150 to 400 users by year‑end Device refreshes, imaging, and rollout of new machines Assisting with asset management and inventory tracking (limited existing support) Phase 3: Site Decommissioning Hardware wiping and proper decommissioning Full site shutdown Coordinating a technology “garage sale” with e‑cyclers for bulk equipment purchasing Additional Details Onboarding and system familiarity typically takes 3–6 months Support coverage spans two office locations Occasional weekend work may be required, with overtime as needed
