How you'll make an Impact As a Service Desk Technician I for the Client Provisioning department, you will be the frontline technician responsible for the initial response and first-touch/first-level resolution or routing of requests related to onboarding, offboarding, and workstation preparation submitted to the Client Provisioning department. Summary of Location and Hours This is an on-site position based in our McLean, VA HQ Office Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST (Alternate start/end times will be considered upon request)
