About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the Health and Wellness Manager, the Service Desk Attendant is responsible for the member entry process, point of sale functions, information dissemination and incoming telephone calls. The Service Desk Attendant greets all members and guests and exhibits excellent customer service skills at all times.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalency.
  • Must obtain BLS Certification within 90 days of hire- required
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work variable hours necessary.
  • Possess a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Must be capable of maintaining positive ongoing communications.
  • Basic computer operational skills-required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree-preferred.
  • Health club experience-preferred.
