We're looking for a dedicated Service Desk Representative II to join our IT Support Team. In this role, you will provide exceptional first and second-level technical support for all IT devices, software, and applications. You'll be responsible for actively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-user productivity. Support areas include desktops, laptops, mobile devices, business applications, operating systems, and network connectivity. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and ready to deliver high-quality service in a dynamic environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30AM-5:00PM
