About The Position

We are seeking a Service Desk / Intune Deployment Technician to support a high-volume device deployment and enrollment initiative. This individual will work closely with the internal Intune lead to assist with device provisioning, enrollment, and end-user support.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of Service Desk / IT Support experience
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience supporting mobile devices across iOS, Android, and Apple ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device management
  • Experience with device enrollment/unenrollment processes
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook / Office 365

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Intune enrollment
  • Experience supporting device rollout or migration projects

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrollment and unenrollment
  • Support deployment and configuration of mobile devices, including: iPads
  • iPhones
  • Android devices
  • Apple devices
  • Provide hands-on support for device provisioning, setup, and swaps
  • Troubleshoot enrollment and access issues related to Intune and device management
  • Deliver strong customer service and end-user support during device transitions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth rollout and minimal disruption
