About The Position

Subsidiary Steel Dynamics Responsibilities Provide IT service desk support - Work with end users on service desk tickets Deploy and support new computer setups Troubleshoot software & hardware issues and document resolutions Create and maintain IT documentation Perform and document software and hardware inventory Recommend, configure, test, and deploy configuration packages for use with Desktop Management Product - Desktop Central Qualifications Candidate should be enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Information Systems or related field GPA of 2.7 or above Strong communication skills to successfully interact with employees and management Strong comprehension skills Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with attention to detail Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.

Requirements
