About The Position

Paul Mitchell The School Clear Lake is seeking a qualified Service Desk Coordinator to join their team. The school offers a unique learning environment focused on education, personal, and communal growth through opportunities like charitable fundraising, monthly team training, student clubs and activities, fashion shows, photo shoots, and special events. The Service Desk Coordinator is a professional with sales and service experience and basic guest service communication skills, along with basic computer software and telephone skills. The primary objective of this role is to create an extraordinary experience for service guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests. The coordinator also acts as a guest service mentor to the Future Professionals and follows all service desk systems to ensure a smooth guest service flow in the clinic classroom.

Responsibilities
