History supporting large organizations (supporting 3,000 to 4,000 users). Able to work / commute to two office locations in the Detroit area: Warren, MI and Sterling Heights, MI. Ability to manage workload independently and have clear communication skills. Technical Skills Software: Windows Active Directory · Adding new users/computers · Passwords · Deleting users from AD · New hire account set up and de-provisioning experience. Office 365 Experience- Admin Experience · Working knowledge with Teams, One Drive and Share point · Managing M365 licensing Experience with 2 factor Authentication, preferably Okta · Setting up accounts / troubleshooting authentication issues · Resetting Password Experience with Installing Software · Past experience using a RMM tool a plus Hardware: Setting up new printers/peripherals Setting up/troubleshoot laptop and desktop system VPN/Wifi – remote troubleshooting users that are offline or remote Experience with ServiceDesk, preferably Jira · Open/modify/close Service requests.
