As a member of our IT Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence by ensuring our systems are secure, reliable, and optimized. Our Service Desk Analyst is required to have hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and identity and access management, while delivering outstanding technical support to both internal and external customers.
