About The Position

This position is based in Addison, IL, at our headquarters, where you will join a thriving team supporting critical technology operations across the organization. As a member of our IT Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence by ensuring our systems are secure, reliable, and optimized. Our Service Desk Analyst is required to have hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and identity and access management, while delivering outstanding technical support to both internal and external customers. Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, and technical management principles
  • Hands-on experience with networks, network administration, and installations
  • Strong familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT or service desk role
  • Experience supporting hybrid environments (on-prem and Azure), including Microsoft 365 administration
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA and conditional access
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure components
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently or cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of IT security best practices; familiarity with NIST or CIS Controls is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure business-critical systems remain secure and stable
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and license management
  • Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA and conditional access policies
  • Maintain and upgrade hardware and software, applying security patches and updates consistently
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and common user guides
  • Analyze help desk trends to identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Provide after-hours support as needed to resolve critical system issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
