Requirements

  • Hands on experience 2 to 5 years working IT administration.
  • History supporting large organizations (supporting 3,000 to 4,000 users).
  • Able to work / commute to two office locations in the Detroit area: Warren, MI and Sterling Heights, MI.
  • Ability to manage workload independently and have clear communication skills.
  • Windows Active Directory Adding new users/computers Passwords Deleting users from AD New hire account set up and de-provisioning experience.
  • Office 365 Experience- Admin Experience Working knowledge with Teams, One Drive and Share point Managing M365 licensing
  • Experience with 2 factor Authentication, preferably Okta Setting up accounts / troubleshooting authentication issues Resetting Password
  • Experience with Installing Software
  • Setting up new printers/peripherals
  • Setting up/troubleshoot laptop and desktop system
  • VPN/Wifi - remote troubleshooting users that are offline or remote
  • Experience with ServiceDesk, preferably Jira Open/modify/close Service requests.
  • Multitasking
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Team player/ Work in a Team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Past experience using a RMM tool a plus
