Leaky’s Water & Air is seeking an Operations Leader to manage and expand its service department, which provides plumbing, HVAC, and air duct cleaning services. Responsibilities

• Keep jobs moving from start to finish
• Work with dispatch to schedule and adjust jobs
• Prepare estimates and send them to customers
• Follow up on estimates and help close jobs
• Follow up on completed jobs to make sure they get billed
• Help collect payments and stay on top of open invoices
• Talk with customers when issues come up and make things right
• Support technicians in the field and help solve problems
• Order parts and coordinate materials for upcoming jobs
• Keep things organized between the office and the field
• Help make sure jobs are done right and making money
• Keep things moving (support the technicians in getting the work done)
• Keep customers happy
• Make sure we get paid
