In this role, you will respond to service inquiries from multiple sources, assist customers with scheduling needs, and provide timely status updates. Our high-volume service department continues to expand, and you will play a key role as the voice of our service team-creating excellent first impressions and delivering an outstanding ownership experience. No prior automotive experience is required. Strong customer service, listening skills, and the ability to multitask are essential.
