About The Position

Bluebonnet Ford Lincoln is seeking passionate, energetic individuals to join our growing Business Development Center. In this role, you will respond to service inquiries from multiple sources, assist customers with scheduling needs, and provide timely status updates. Our high-volume service department continues to expand, and you will play a key role as the voice of our service team-creating excellent first impressions and delivering an outstanding ownership experience. No prior automotive experience is required. Strong customer service, listening skills, and the ability to multitask are essential. Kahlig Auto Group is an industry-leading automotive retailer with 12 dealerships across South Texas. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple phone conversations
  • Positive, friendly attitude and strong customer-first mentality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
  • Valid driver's license issued in state of residence
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound service calls and internet appointment requests
  • Accurately and quickly identify customer needs
  • Schedule service, recall, and maintenance appointments
  • Offer pick-up & delivery or mobile service when eligible to help manage shop capacity
  • Coordinate with dispatch regarding shop loading
  • Assist service advisors by providing status updates, including repair status and parts availability
