Your future duties and responsibilities: As an IT Delivery Manager, you will lead service delivery initiatives, manage high-performing teams, and ensure excellence across multiple IT engagements. Your key responsibilities will include: As a Delivery Manager, you will lead service delivery initiatives, manage high-performing teams, and ensure excellence across multiple IT engagements. Your key responsibilities will include: Building and managing long-term, trust-based relationships with internal and external clients. Supporting pre-sales activities and proposal development in collaboration with business units. Leading, mentoring, and growing delivery teams — including talent identification and performance development. Ensuring services operate in alignment with CGI’s global delivery governance framework. Managing financial performance, service KPIs, and overall delivery health. Preparing and delivering executive-level reports and presentations on service performance. Overseeing multiple services and/or projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management, focused on software development and maintenance lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in IT delivery leadership and people management.
  • Experience supporting commercial management and pre-sales activities in consulting environments.
  • Strong knowledge of service management and project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing the financial performance of services or accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams committed to delivery excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple services/projects concurrently.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
