About The Position

As a Service Delivery Implementation Analyst you will oversee and manage the implementation process for all-software products used by Information Service Delivery and the Global IT Service Desk. This will include collaborating with teams, vendors, and other resolver teams to ensure successful implementation of software. You will report to the Service Delivery Team Lead and be located at our office in Rock Hill, SC, USA. This position will primarily be onsite; however, the department provides flexibility by allowing employees to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in IT or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years' minimum experience of access control with a general understanding of distributed networking systems, database management systems and applications required.

Nice To Haves

  • We prefer technical certifications, including ITIL Foundation Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our teams, vendors, and end-users to lead the implementation of software and the implementation process
  • Create and execute project plans and timelines
  • Identify and manage potential risks and roadblocks throughout the implementation process
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Support employee training and communications of software and services deployed by Information Service Delivery Organization.
  • Provide advanced technical support to our teams.
  • Research and recommend automated approaches for system administration tasks.
  • Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedure documentation using our ServiceNow knowledge base.
  • Administer IAM tool, Cayosoft Administrator.
  • Administer BeyondTrust Remote Support and BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access
  • Administer ServiceNow in a limited capacity focusing on Service Desk processes and procedures. (i.e., Advanced Work Assignment, Skills Management, Content Publishing)
