As a Service Delivery Implementation Analyst you will oversee and manage the implementation process for all-software products used by Information Service Delivery and the Global IT Service Desk. This will include collaborating with teams, vendors, and other resolver teams to ensure successful implementation of software. You will report to the Service Delivery Team Lead and be located at our office in Rock Hill, SC, USA. This position will primarily be onsite; however, the department provides flexibility by allowing employees to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
