Service Delivery Director - Procure to Pay
About The Position
The Global Finance Delivery Director – Procure to Pay is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and enterprise-wide performance of global finance service delivery for the Procure to Pay process. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and independent judgment, leading complex, multi-region operations with material impact on cost, risk, service quality, and organizational objectives. The Director serves as the primary authority and escalation point between WSP internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers, ensuring contractual performance, operational excellence, and continuous innovation. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required;
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in global finance operations, shared services, or outsourced delivery environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-region operations and make independent, high-impact decisions.

- CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Service Delivery : Provide strategic leadership for the design, execution, and evolution of the global Procure-to-Pay delivery model aligned with enterprise finance strategy. Lead large-scale, complex transitions including global harmonization, acquisition integration, and changes to commercial and operating models.
- Decision-Making & Governance : Exercise independent decision-making authority over service delivery strategy, prioritization, operating model design, and resolution of complex operational issues. Lead global governance forums, enforce SLAs, approve service credits, and escalate enterprise risks and performance issues to executive leadership.
- Outsourced Partner Leadership : Own the strategic relationship with outsourced service providers, holding partners accountable for contractual performance, innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement across regions.
- Operational Oversight & Risk Management : Oversee high-volume, mission-critical finance operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and audit readiness. Monitor advanced KPIs, trends, and risk indicators to proactively manage performance and operational risk.
- Innovation & Problem Solving : Lead transformational improvement initiatives across process, technology, data, and organizational design. Champion automation, digital enablement, and innovation to improve scalability, resilience, and productivity.
- Leadership & Talent Development : Provide senior leadership to global teams and delivery centers, setting clear objectives and expectations for subordinate managers. Develop leadership capability, succession, and a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
