About The Position

Based out of our Tullamarine Head Office, the Service Delivery Administrator is a key member of the Service Delivery Team. You will support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of national recycling collection services, with responsibilities spanning public holiday and seasonal planning, re‑routing collections, and run sheet processing. This role is fast‑paced, collaborative, and ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, systems work and supporting operational teams. You will provide administrative, system and vendor support across:

Requirements

  • Previous administration, customer service, or planning experience within a transport or operations environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with SAP or CRM systems
  • A customer‑focused mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving capability

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with public holiday and seasonal planning activities
  • Administering and maintaining run sheet systems and vendor pricing structures
  • Managing re‑routing of collections and run sheet adjustments
  • Investigating and correcting errors, including vendor troubleshooting
  • Coordinating after‑hours processes and backup support
  • Supporting vendors with system enquiries, training and documentation
  • Working collaboratively with the Service Delivery and Vendor Management teams to resolve service issues
