About The Position

The Service Coordinator serves as the heartbeat of customer service operations, providing essential administrative and coordination support. The primary focus of this role is to manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments with precision, and ensure seamless communication between the office and its clients. This position requires a high level of organization and the ability to handle a diversified workload efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of general office administration or customer service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction, restoration, or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service representative of company standards.
  • Schedule appointments with precision, ensuring all data is accurately entered into the system.
  • Perform outbound outreach to potential clients who have expressed interest online to set up initial inspections.
  • Proactively communicate with current customers regarding service renewals and upcoming appointments.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases to ensure data integrity and organization.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and field staff to ensure seamless service coordination.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professional efficiency.
  • Maintain the utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects to maintain smooth office operations.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
