About The Position

We are in search of a self-motivated individual to join our fast growing and dynamic team. The responsibilities of this position will vary greatly, but primarily focus on the coordination of processing activities for the Service Department. As such, the candidate will be required to share in the on-call rotation for the fielding of after-hours service requests from clients, as well as field and direct inbound calls during business hours. This position is one we hold in high regard in order to provide the level of service excellence our customers expect and deserve. Specific duties to include:

Requirements

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree or experience
  • Service or Operational experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers and to those within the company
  • Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customer, co-workers, and other personnel at all times
  • Commitment to integrity and to the Company Standards and Procedures
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must

Nice To Haves

  • Service or Operational experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Technicians and Sub-Contractors
  • Scheduling Service Calls
  • Scheduling Site Inspections & Preventative Maintenance Calls
  • Provide detailed weekly service reports as required by Clients
  • Tracking service calls and technician productivity
  • Processing RMA’s for service parts & repairs
