The Service Center Coordinator is responsible for facilitating service activities that support the field and repair center engineers. This position reports to the Director of Service and Repair Center and is part of the North American Service Organization located in Richmond, IL and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Manage the full life cycle of inventory for field service engineers in an assigned region by using SAP and SalesForce to order spare parts needed to complete repairs while ensuring the return of field inventory over a specified age. Provide excellent customer service for customers with instruments coming to the repair center by arranging the forward and backward logistics for those instruments and providing proactive updates throughout the timeline of the repair. Ensure spare parts ordered for your region are delivered within one business day while working with the cross functional team to identify alternative solutions for any parts ordered that are not able to meet a one day delivery.
