About The Position

The Service Coordinator provides customer support by answering their inquiries, scheduling technicians for service appointments, taking stock of parts inventory, and coordinating with purchasing to ensure parts are ordered promptly for the scheduled repair work. If you’re eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step. The hours for this position are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service and communication throughout the entire service process.
  • Answer emails and calls promptly
  • Schedule service appointments and route accordingly
  • Complete service orders/estimates
  • Invoice customers for completed services
