The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to leverage technology to enhance communication and operational efficiency of the service branch.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in Microsoft office products
  • 3+ years of experience in an office role as coordinator, administrator and/or dispatcher

Responsibilities

  • Adheres to all ALC and customer safety standards.
  • Promotes safety awareness on work sites and provides safety leadership to employees and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with Service Account Manager on a routine bases to achieve departmental goals.
  • Support service team members with various tasks.
  • Answer, document or redirect phone calls, emails or text related to service requests.
  • Log, track and assign unplanned service requests.
  • Manage and maintain the daily schedules for all assigned Field Engineers.
  • Ensure all Preventative Maintenance visits are scheduled and performed for each Service Agreement.
  • Receive and process material orders.
  • Assist and serve as a liaison with operations, materials management, and shipping personnel.
  • Maintain and update information in customer files up to and including address changes, pricing, products, delivery instructions, or other customer notes as needed.
  • Receive, process, and maintain service agreement information in ALC account systems.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices on billable service requests and service agreements in time manner.
  • Monitor service account receivables, assist with collections on past due service accounts, and suggest suspension of services when necessary.
