Summary We are looking for a Service Contracts Manager to help us capture the full value of our customer relationships. This is a newly created role designed to build structure around a high-margin revenue line with significant room for growth. This role owns the service contract offering end-to-end — including tier design, pricing strategy, sales enablement, and renewal execution. You will partner closely with sales, service, and operations while reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement. This is an ideal role for someone who has experience selling or structuring service agreements, enjoys building process as much as working deals, and wants a role where their impact is visible from day one. Typical work hours are standard business hours, with occasional travel or time in the field to support sales calls and customer interactions.
