Requirements

2-3 years of automotive experience
Self-motivated
Communication skills, patience, creativity, eye for detail
Basic Computer skills
Maintain a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Address customers' primary concerns
Be dependable, punctual, and process-driven
Meet and greet customers with a smile
Answer incoming phone calls
Conduct video walkarounds
Communicate via text
Properly document repairs and process paperwork expeditiously
Sell needed and recommended maintenance and repairs
Follow through with daily responsibilities
Complete all factory and dealer training
