Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive service consulting or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive services, repairs, and maintenance. Familiarity with various makes and models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with guests and provide a high level of service.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with service management software and other relevant computer systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional certification in automotive technology or service management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with their service needs, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Keep guests informed about the status of their vehicle service, including any additional repairs needed.
  • Recommend additional services and products that enhance the guest’s experience and vehicle performance.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, vehicle service history, and any special requests.
  • Work closely with technicians, parts consultants, and other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
