We’re looking for an experienced Service Consultant/Advisor with GM experience who takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing service opportunities. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from write-up to delivery Accurately document customer concerns and recommend services using GM guidelines Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and management Review multi-point inspections and present maintenance and repair options confidently Manage repair orders efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and throughput Follow up with customers to ensure a positive service experience and build loyalty What Success Looks Like Consistent CSI performance and repeat customer relationships Accurate, well-documented repair orders with minimal rework Strong service sales driven by trust and clear communication Seamless collaboration with technicians and service leadership

Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor/Consultant experience
  • GM dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of GM service processes, maintenance schedules, and warranty
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GM systems (Dealertrack DMS, GlobalConnect, Dealerlogix, etc.)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding service sales goals
