About The Position

Crevier BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Service Concierge to join our dealership team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a Service Concierge, you will support the service department by assisting customers with courtesy loaner and rental vehicles, as well as processing payments in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Pay for this position is $17 - $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure our customers have a world-class service experience--greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, assist in maintaining the loaner vehicle inventory, and process service payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure loaner and rental vehicles are checked out and returned according to company, third party, and manufacturer policies. Maintain proper documentation and monitor vehicle condition and availability.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all dealership departments to ensure a smooth customer experience from arrival to departure.
  • Accurately receive and record cash, check, and credit card payments, issue refunds as directed, reconcile and deposit funds, and file all associated paperwork. Charge appropriately for any damage, tickets, or tolls associated with loaner vehicles, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
