About The Position

The Service Concierge role is responsible for moving vehicles, keeps vehicles in sound working condition and assists the vehicles lot manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Highschool or GED preferred
  • Proficient computer skills required
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Greets clients in a friendly manner.
  • Keeps vehicles neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the lane manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
  • Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers as directed by management.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service bays and parking areas
  • Makes key tags for vehicles
  • Keeps vehicles fueled.
  • Ensures that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.
  • Prepare and scan documents, for electronic retention purposes
  • Process and organize scanned documents in various formats for retention on network and local drives.
  • Maintains professional appearance
  • Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
