THE ROLE : The Service Center Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing service activities at service center locations in a safe and efficient manner. This role proactively troubleshoots systems, works with mechanical, electrical, diesel equipment, conducts preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipates and corrects safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). May interface with customers. In this role, the individual will also support the delivery of Xylem equipment when necessary. Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent
May have industry specific license(s) preferred
Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
Clean driving record
Work experience preferred
2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
