Work Schedule: Monday - Friday MISSION: Responsible for the safe manufacture of company products which may represent a broad diversity of manufacturing processes. Responsible for satisfying all quality and productivity requirements in a most cost effective manner. May supervises multiple functions and/or shifts typically but not exclusively through shift/department leads. Production Supervisor positions are responsible for a lesser span of control and/or require a lesser level of demonstrated expertise in manufacturing and process skills than an Area Manager Span of Control May be responsible for an average to less than average number of production employees, numbers of and/or value of manufacturing machines, particularly in comparison to the span of control of an Area Manager.
