About The Position

Join a team where leadership, innovation, and safety drive success. At Prinsco, we’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing floor operations. You’ll play a key role in guiding a skilled production team, improving processes, and ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality output that keeps our business growing. What You’ll Do As a Production Supervisor, you’ll: Lead and develop a motivated production team—coaching, mentoring, and ensuring everyone is in the right role for success. Oversee daily operations to meet production goals for quality, safety, and efficiency. Implement and reinforce best practices for machine operation and maintenance. Coordinate production schedules to meet sales orders and inventory needs. Partner with maintenance, quality, and management teams to troubleshoot issues, support continuous improvement, and drive operational excellence. Promote a strong safety culture by modeling safe work practices, leading investigations, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards. Support employee growth through training, performance conversations, and cross-training initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and build accountability within a team.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, process improvement, and equipment operation.
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and production reports to drive informed decisions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet most of the day in a fast-paced, loud manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NFPA 70E electrical safety standards a plus.
  • experience with MS D365 preferred.
