About The Position

Johnson Brothers is seeking a full-time Cashier to staff our Service Center. This candidate should possess an enthusiastic and energetic customer service attitude. Duties include handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service appointments, and assisting in cashiering and the loaner check-in and check-out process. Requirements

Minimum two years Customer Service experience
Professional and courteous telephone manner
A desire to provide customers with the high level of customer service ensuring complete customer satisfaction
Professional personal appearance
Ability to work flexible hours and Saturdays
Basic computer skills including Excel and Word

Responsibilities

Engage with clients in a professional and efficient manner
Assist Cashier and Loaner Clerk with their duties during their absence, or during peak business hours
Assist clients in setting service appointments
Perform administrative duties such as reconciling the daily deposit, generating reports, scanning, contacting vendors and emailing clients
