Voss Village Cadillac is looking for a Full-time cashier/receptionist for the service department. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and detail-oriented administrative tasks. You will be the welcoming face of our service department while also managing accurate and timely submissions of warranty claims. Requirements

• Prior cashier or receptionist experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid license

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Accurately process payments for service, parts, and sales transactions
• Balance the cash drawer and prepare end-of-day reports
• Answer and direct phone calls as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier and front desk area
• Schedule service appointments and manage customer inquiries
