Receptionist - Cashier Mullinax Ford is looking for a personable, hard-working team member who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and effectively prioritizes tasks to join our multi-store enterprise. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Prior dealership experience also preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have professional appearance
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understanding of basic accounting
  • Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet browsers, email functions and ability to learn new software
  • Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing work in fast-paced environment with heavy volume of transactions as well as be able to meet and handle deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
  • Must be able to pass background screening and drug test

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
  • Prior dealership experience also preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answering multi-line phone system, receive and re-direct phone calls
  • Greets all clients, vendors and other customers in professional manner
  • Asserts a professional level of phone etiquette and utilizes Company’s phone scripting appropriately
  • Cashiering of parts and service customers
  • Computerized transactions including receipting of sales deposits, processing license plates, scanning, and uploading photos
  • Assisting other departments
  • Follow all Company procedures and standards
  • Other duties as assigned
