About The Position

The front desk sets the tone for every customer experience. We’re looking for a reliable, professional Receptionist/Cashier with dealership experience who understands how important first impressions, accuracy, and efficiency are in a busy automotive environment. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a team that values professionalism, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do Greet customers warmly in person and on the phone Direct calls and messages to the appropriate departments quickly and accurately Process service, parts, and sales payments with accuracy and professionalism Balance daily cash, card, and check transactions and balancing Support the service and sales teams with administrative tasks as needed Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and waiting area Assist with filing, scanning, and basic office organization What Success Looks Like Customers feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment they arrive Payments and receipts are processed accurately with minimal discrepancies Phones are handled efficiently and professionally The front office stays organized and running smooth Requirements What We’re Looking For Must-Haves Automotive dealership experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and phone system proficiency Professional appearance and dependable attendance Nice to Have Experience with dealership management systems Strong organizational and time-management skills
