About The Position

We're looking for a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to support our Service Department in maximizing appointments, increasing retention, and delivering high-quality customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive experience preferred, but not required)
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and dealership management software
  • Driven, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Being bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to phone, internet, and chat inquiries from customers.
  • Proactively reach out to current and prospective service customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments and follow-ups.
  • Manage the service appointment pipeline and follow up on missed or declined service opportunities.
  • Work with the Service Manager and Advisors to meet departmental goals.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions.
  • Assist with service campaigns, recalls, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Provide a friendly and helpful experience on every interaction.
