Requirements

Customer focused, energetic, and self motivated individuals
Experience in customer service or call center environments
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Individuals who can address customer concerns promptly and professionally
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Experience with Volie, CDK, and XTime is a plus

Responsibilities

Outbound and inbound customer phone calls
Responding via email and phone to internet leads
Determining each customers needs by asking the right questions
Setting appointments for the Service Department
Ensuring a positive customer experience
Introducing customers to Service Advisors
Entering customer information into the CRM
Accurately scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability
Maintaining strong attention to detail when updating customer records and service information
