Requirements

  • Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence
  • Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple conversations at once
  • A motivated, goal‑driven mindset with a passion for helping customers
  • Integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude that contributes to a high‑performing team
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, text, and email to understand their needs and guide them toward the right vehicle options
  • Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and maintain consistent communication to keep customers informed and engaged
  • Schedule sales and service appointments that drive store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Update CRM records accurately and efficiently to support seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure strong handoffs and successful outcomes
  • Stay informed on inventory, promotions, and product knowledge to provide confident, helpful guidance
