Coming Soon! Porsche North Miami is opening soon, and we are looking for a Service Booker to join our team in mid-March. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Porsche dealership from day one!

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of three years prior warranty experience in the automotive industry or related experience.
Demonstrated leadership ability with strong motivational and customer relation skills.
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and operate in a multi-tasking environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated organizational ability with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Code and book repair orders.
Prepare warranty claims.
Ensure appropriate labor times, labor operations, parts, and sublet pricing are assigned to each repair.
Ensure corrected amounts are reported to management to prevent overstating charges.
Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts personnel, and Technicians.
