Coming Soon! Porsche North Miami is opening soon, and we are looking for an Internal Service Advisor to join our team in mid-March. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Porsche dealership from day one, delivering best-in-class service and hospitality to our clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Basic automotive knowledge, including the ability to identify common vehicle features and engine/body components
  • Prior experience in a customer service–related role required
  • Proficient with PC use, internet, and email; able to quickly learn new software applications
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, CDK, and Outlook
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with consistent accuracy
  • Positive, confident, and approachable communication style with internal teams, managers, and third parties
  • Ability to handle varied situations diplomatically while remaining calm
  • Excellent listening, questioning, and professional telephone skills
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Articulate with strong overall communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls from New and Used Car Managers to coordinate service, maintenance, and repairs for inventory vehicles
  • Organize and schedule service, maintenance, and repairs with approved suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure recovery vehicles are arranged promptly
  • Schedule ancillary services as needed
  • Keep New and Used Car Managers and other stakeholders informed of progress
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
