About The Position

Acting as a liaison by representing the service department to its external service customers.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report and insurable driving record
  • Ability to drive, move, and park recreational vehicles of all sizes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at an RV or automotive dealership environment is a plus
  • Desire to further education with RVDA provided by Byerly RV

Responsibilities

  • Service appointment reminders: Sent 3 days and 1 day before the appointment.
  • Service appointment follow-up: Experience check done the day after the appointment. If not reached, follow-up calls/texts on days 3, 5, and 7.
  • Evaluating trade-in potentials: Identifying sales opportunities with service customers.
  • Farming service customers: Reaching out to past and storage customers to generate business, especially in winter/spring, through post-sale and maintenance follow-up.
  • F&I opportunities: Assisting with Finance & Insurance options for service customers.
  • Storage customer outreach: Informing customers about service specials, winterization, and de-winterization.
  • Warranty reminders by phone and text message: 6-month, 10-month, and 11-month (if they haven’t been in by the 10-month mark).
  • Maintenance reminders by phone and text message: 2 months post sale, 5 months, 8 months, 11 months.
