About The Position

Griffin Ford is a high-volume dealership with a 35-bay shop, heavy truck capability, and a growing mobile service program. We are focused on delivering a fast, professional, and customer-first service experience. The Service BDC Representative is responsible for driving service traffic by handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers. This role is key to keeping our shop full and ensuring a great customer experience from the first interaction.

Requirements

  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (CDK or CRM preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Dealership experience is a plus but not required
  • CDK experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service calls, texts, and online requests
  • Schedule and manage service appointments
  • Follow up with declined services and missed appointments
  • Reach out to past customers for maintenance reminders
  • Confirm next-day appointments to improve show rate
  • Promote maintenance services and specials (Works Package, etc.)
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and management
  • Log all activity in CRM (CDK experience is a plus)
