About The Position

Century West BMW is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our high-performing team in Universal City. This role is critical to delivering a premium customer experience by supporting our Service Department through appointment coordination, customer follow-up, and inbound/outbound communication. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive BDC role (required)
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (ADP/CDK experience a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous service BDC experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (ADP/CDK experience a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound service calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Follow up with customers regarding upcoming, missed, and recommended services
  • Re-engage inactive customers and support retention efforts
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure smooth appointment flow
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Deliver a high-level, professional customer experience in every interaction
